The world and its God

In this post I am writing about something the average believer is woefully ignorant. It hurts me to say this, but the enemy operates in the cloak of darkness of man’s ignorance of his activities.

On one side we have devil ignorers and on the other side we have devil magnifiers. I have lived long enough to see both sides. Regardless, the devil is a real presence and is the enemy of mankind

When Adam sinned like a canopy, darkness covered the earth. The visible and the invisible were separated. The above and the below was created and man by natural birth is born into the below but by the new birth is born or re-born into the above world.

The devil’s domain is the lower world. Here he wreaks havoc and is the author of death, disease, poverty.

When Adam sinned, the world came under the master hand of the enemy of God, and all mankind.

Two things every believer should know is, this world is a hostile world. It is hostile to God and all he represents. This world is under the control of the evil one.

The second thing every believer should know is: we are in Christ. Our new birth gave us a new identity. We now are part of the family of God even though the world is under control of the evil one, we are not victims.

A large part of the family of God, with above rights, are ignorant of their heavenly identity and allow themselves to be controlled and influenced by a fallen world and its God.

The cross severed our relationship to sin and the resurrection proves that we are right with God. We are not waiting until we get to heaven to enjoy the benefits of the cross and the resurrection. But we must know them, and we must enforce them.
